We, the students & activists of Meherpur, one of the smallest & historic districts of Bangladesh, in order to nurture student welfare and educational development; to promote higher educational standards; to enhance the physical, cultural, racial, and social welfare; to ingrain in the student body, as individuals and as a unit, the realization of their responsibility to themselves and their fellow human beings and to foster, defend and protect the rights of the students and the society of Meherpur as well as whole country, do hereby ordain, establish and run this organization.
